All of our classes are designed to develop the students' skill to initiate their process to enter into a professional career. Each of
our staff are educators in addition to being in the industry of
their expertise.
Students will take trips, meet professionals in their field and be afforded a chance to experience their art form on another level.
VOCAL MUSIC
Aspiring singers learn professional vocal technique in a choir setting in addition to vocal health, and recording techniques. Singers will also receive the opportunity to record in a professional studio.

MUSIC APPRECIATION/THERAPY
(recommended for younger grades & special needs children)

DRAMA *
Students learn the art of acting for film and theatre. Improvisational skills, monologues, character study and much more.
DANCE​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ *
We offer different forms of dance including ballet, tap, modern, hip-hop, salsa, and African. You can choose one or have different classes.
SPOKEN
WORD/POETRY/RAP *
Focuses on the aesthetics of word play and intonation and voice inflection

AFRICAN DRUMMING
Students learn the history and the art of West African drumming using the Djembe drum.

COSMETOLOGY *
This course is driven to empower, educate and motivate our youth, through the teaching of cosmetology I will provide and touch upon subjects such as: Skin care/ Hygiene, introduction of the application of color matching foundation, hands on tips and tricks, how to properly promote your business via social media and lastly, self care, love and respect.

MEDITATION/YOGA & WELLNESS
As a group we will discuss what meditation is and how it can impact our lives for the better. Students will learn the fundamentals of mindfulness meditation, along with breath work and the power of affirmations.

LIFE SKILLS
Designed to increase student knowledge and skills necessary for everyday living. The course emphasizes goal-setting, decision making and problem solving, communication, healthy lifestyles and relationships

BECOME AN INFLUENCER
Students will learn the steps to becoming a lifestyle influencer through proper social media strategies, learning how to pitch to brands, and how to be thoroughly successful in the field. Students will engage in developing and executing influencer campaigns to reach the desired target audience.
STEP
Students learn how to use their entire body as an instrument to produce complex rhythms and sounds through a mixture of footsteps, spoken word, and hand claps.

SCREENWRITING *
Students will learn how to formulate their own scripts for film, web series, sitcoms, or any project of their choice. Best used if combined with Filmmaking class which will conclude in filmmaking students producing their written work.
FILMMAKING
Students learn the process of production; (camera operation/cinematography, lighting, sound/field recording) & post production; (editing and color correcting.) This course ends in the production of a short film and/or web series.

FASHION STYLING/IMAGE CONSULTING *
Students will learn how to discover and define their sense of style a personal image that reflects their gifts and talents. We will offer fashion/styling tips, personal branding strategies and self-confidence building tools.

MARTIAL ARTS
The purpose of training in martial arts is to develop coordination between the mind, body and spirit. The martial art drills and learning activities in this class integrate aerobic stamina and physical strength with concentration skills. You will see that these activities vary depending upon age and skill level. What you learn from his program will help you in every aspect of your life.

GRAPHIC DESIGN (logo design):
A logo design boot camp, dedicated to the thought process and preplanning steps of creating a logo. In this class students will learn about the planning stages of a logo, from sketch to finish, and the business behind freelance graphic design. Students will walk out of this class with the basic understanding of logo design, pairing a logo with a typeface, and at the end of the class students will have designed a logo for their own personal branding to be used in future ventures or freelance logo design opportunities.

PHOTOGRAPHYA fundamentals of photography course highlighting composition, lighting, and the technical fundamentals of a camera, along with some knowledge of the photography business. The goal of this course is to give students the knowledge needed to become a photographer either as a hobby or to become a freelance photographer. By the end of the course students will end up with the skills needed to conduct a photoshoot and a portfolio to get their foot in the door as a freelancer.

YOUNG WOMEN'S EMPOWERMENT (GIRL BOSS)*
These sessions aim to mentor, inspire, motivate, encourage young women. We aim to provide direction for career goals, assist in finding their purpose in build self-esteem and self respect.
Through deep discussions, team building, vision boards, various projects, guest motivational speakers, girls would learn to be a GIRL BOSS. Taught by recording artist, vocal coach, and woman empowerment speaker Terri Cann.
YOUNG MEN'S EMPOWERMENT
In a time where we collectively — as a whole — are moving through a global pandemic, a recession, and civil unrest, leadership skills have never been more important. In this summer course, participants will feel empowered as leaders to make positive change in their respective communities via a myriad of task-based learning lessons including unlocking the qualities of a good leader, embracing active listening skills, building trust, understanding the importance of community service, and the art of storyboarding when planning mission/vision driven events. Each participant will complete the course ready to create change in their local communities.

VIRTUAL ARTS *
Throughout the duration of the class, students will put their creativity and practicality through daily tasks.
Through learning and enhancing their basic foundations of visual art, the students will create weekly
projects and biweekly portfolio pieces. This class will enhance each student's cognitive thinking
processes, improve their problem solving skills and allow them the opportunity to grow into more
efficient critical thinkers.
