Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)

A minimum of two years experience working in city public schools or equivalent.

A minimum of three years working professionally in your field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well and collaborate with team members

Are already, or ready to be, fingerprinted through the State Department of Education.

Are you available and eager to work during the day and/or after school Monday through Thursday, and Saturday. (Is your availability limited to after school Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday? We’d still love you to apply.)

Backgrounds in vocal music, dance (all types), step, songwriting, screenwriting, and filmmaking.

Bilingual teaching artist is a plus.

Demonstrate effective classroom management skills.
